Չիլի. Սպորտային գովազդի արգելքի քվեարկությունը հետաձգվել է

Պատգամավոր Մարկո Անտոնիո Սուլանտայ has demanded that the bill that seeks to prohibit advertising during sports events be discussed after it was withdrawn from the Chamber of Deputies. The bill had been approved by the Sports Commission in the lower house and was scheduled for a vote this week.

In 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբեր Պատգամավորների պալատը միաձայն հաստատեց պատգամավոր Սուլանթայի արգելքը on the advertising of sports betting. The ban was approved in general terms with 118 votes in favour, one against and three abstentions.

Նախագիծն առաջարկում է արգելել առցանց խաղադրույքների հարթակների միջև ցանկացած պայմանագիր սպորտային կազմակերպությունների հետ՝ լինեն պրոֆեսիոնալներ, ակումբներ, ասոցիացիաներ, հիմնադրամներ, ֆեդերացիաներ և այլն: Նախաձեռնության մեկ այլ հոդված արգելում է սպորտի հետ կապված հարթակների գովազդն ու հովանավորությունը՝ «անկախ այն միջոցից կամ աջակցությունից, որով այն փոխանցվում կամ հրապարակվում է, և ինչ ժամանակ կամ իրադարձություն էլ որ այն գովազդվում կամ հովանավորվում է»: Բացի այդ, այն արգելում է այս հարթակների գովազդը մարզաշապիկների հովանավորչության միջոցով և ցանկացած մարզական վայրում:

The lawmaker asked why the initiative had been withdrawn adding that the delay at the very last minute led to questions over transparency. “There is a lot of pressure here because of the money committed,” he said.

The deputy also criticized the presence of Պրոֆեսիոնալ ֆուտբոլի ազգային ասոցիացիա (ANFP) officials in Congress offices last week, prior to the vote on the project. “I demand that, for transparency, the project be voted on as soon as possible and thus avoid further suspicion,” he said.
